The Women's Leadership Coaching programme is run ONLY once a year. To reserve your spot in this cohort, payment needs to be made before the deadline of 5th March 2025.
The investment for the full 6 month program is $810 (Approx. R14,700).

- A monthly payment plan: $135/month x 6 months
- Two installments at 5% discount: $385 x 2 payments

About Your Coach
Lelemba Phiri, PhD(c) is an award winning educator, writer, keynote
speaker and gender lens investor. She is a chartered accountant
(FCCA) and development finance expert (MCom. Dev. Fin.) with
20+ years of experience across 10+ African markets. Lelemba is
currently a partner and co-founder at ATG Samata, a gender lens
fund focused on investing in women-led and gender diverse
teams in Southern and East Africa.
Before becoming an investor, she held several senior leadership
positions including being regional managing director for Zoona
- Zambia and Malawi, leading teams of over 5000 people;
and regional asset manager for a multinational overseeing
5+ African markets.
Lelemba believes in holistic and integrated leadership that takes
into account all areas of life and is culturally relevant. This approach
is built into her coaching methodology. She is based in Cape Town,
South Africa and is a wife and mother of two sons.
